Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date you received it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days, and the funds will be returned using the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed). Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

• The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the item was defective or you received the wrong product.

• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
